The idea is quite simple. Boom Butik is the blank canvas in your wardrobe. Solitude Studios is an abstract idea, without fixed structures, that needs precisely such a canvas.
Solitude Studios are fascinated by the way humans interact with nature – and how nature responds. They draw inspiration from philosophical conversations, both for creating their universe and for concrete visual references.
With this collaboration, Solitude Studios paint their designs directly onto Boom Butik's canvas, making abstract ideas widely accessible.

I hverdagene leverer GLS altid næste dag. Om lørdagen leverer de kun til pakkeshops.
Du får altså din pakke næste dag, hvis du bestiller til pakkeshop alle andre dage end lørdage, eller til din adresse alle andre dage end fredag og lørdag.
Derefter går der som regel kun én hverdag, før GLS har bragt pakken til dig.
Hvis du køber for over 499 kr., er levering til pakkeshop gratis, mens hjemmelevering koster 19 kr.
Hvis du køber for 499 kr. eller mindre, koster levering til pakkeshop 39 kr., mens hjemmelevering koster 49 kr.
Det er virkelig nemt at returnere en vare, hvis du har behov for det.
I bunden af hjemmesiden finder du vores returportal. Her får du tre muligheder for returnering:
1) Gratis ombytning til ny størrelse eller ny vare.
2) Tilgodebevis med bonus på 10 % af ordrens værdi. Gratis returfragt.
3) Refundering af ordren. Koster 25 kr. for returfragten.

Vi må tage os godt af de ting, vi holder af. Her er Boom Butiks bedste råd til at vise tøjet lidt kærlighed:
- Vask tøjet lidt sjælndere. Mange stænk og pletter kan fikses i hånden.
- Kys din tørretumbler farvel. Den er virkelig smart, men den er dit tøjs værste fjende. Lufttørring all the way!
- Fortæl dit tøj at du elsker det. Det er de færreste ting i denne verden der ikke har godt af lidt kærlighed.
- Undgå så vidt muligt at vaske på mere end 30 grader.
- Brug et vaskemiddel som ikke indeholder for mange giftige stoffer og som er skånsomt ved miljøet. Dit tøj og din hud vil takke dig.
- Sæt pris på dit tøj og giv det noget kærlighed. Det kan vi ikke give for meget af.

Frequently asked questions
Delivery, returns, and exchanges
How quickly will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:30 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 business days... most often just one!
How much is delivery?
Delivery to a parcel shop is free for orders over DKK 499. For orders over DKK 499, home delivery can be added for DKK 19. If your order is DKK 499 or less, delivery to a parcel shop costs DKK 39, while home delivery costs DKK 49.
I have not yet received my package. What should I do?
There may be several reasons why you have not received your package. If more than two business days have passed and your package has still not been delivered, please send us an email at kontakt@boombutik.dk. We will quickly make sure that your package is shipped 🚚
What happens if I don't pick up my order from the parcel shop?
Your parcel will be held at the parcel shop for 10 days. If you do not collect it in time, your parcel will be returned to us, and you will be refunded 💜
How do I return something?
It's really easy to return an item if you need to. Simply create the return in our returns portal. There, you'll receive a QR code that you can show at your nearest GLS parcel shop. They can then print a label for you.
As soon as we have received and processed the return, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. However, we will retain DKK 25 for return shipping (which is less than what GLS charges for shipping!) ✌️
Remember, you cannot return clothing if it has been used 🤕
Can I return several items from different orders in the same package?
Yes! If you are returning items from multiple orders, please include a note with the order numbers from which the garments originate. This will make it significantly easier for our warehouse to sort out the return package, and thus also the refund.
How long do I have to return it?
You have 31 days to return from the day you receive your package.
How long does it take for you to process my return and refund the money?
As soon as our warehouse has registered and processed your return, we will refund you 🏦 It takes 1-5 business days from the day we receive the return until we process and refund it.
How does the exchange work?
Here at the shop, exchanges are actually just returns plus a new order. We've found this to be the fastest and easiest for all parties involved 🤓 If you want to exchange one or more items, please send the unwanted items back using the included return label and place a new order for the items you would like instead.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item or an item is missing?
Our friends in the warehouse are truly doing their best to minimize errors in packages, but unfortunately, it can happen sometimes 😌 If there has been a packing error in your order, please feel free to write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk. Our top-notch and friendly customer service team will then take care of the matter! Unfortunately, we cannot be reached by phone, but we will make sure to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, and for these types of errors, we, of course, always cover any additional shipping costs 🤝
My item broke?
Once in a while, unfortunately, we may send out an item that, for example, has a seam that has come undone. We try to check the clothes thoroughly, so it doesn't happen very often, but if you experience it, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or on insta. Then Louise, Felix, or one of the others will solve the problem as quickly as possible ⚡
Order Inquiries
How do I use my gift card?
When purchasing the gift card, you will receive an email with a code 🤗 This code should be entered to the right of your contact information in the field labeled "enter discount code or gift card".
Can I change my order? Can I cancel my order?
Did an error occur when you placed your order, or do you regret something you ordered? Send an email to "kontakt@boombutik.dk". Feel free to put "URGENT" in the subject line, so we really get the message that it's urgent! We will then do our best to cancel or change your order before it is packed!
I have not received my order confirmation?
This is most often due to an error in the email address or because it ended up in the spam filter. If you cannot find the email in your spam filter, please send us an email stating the phone number and/or name you used to place the order. We will then resend the order confirmation to you!
Product Questions
My desired piece of clothing is not in stock?!
The best thing you can do in this deeply, deeply unfortunate situation is to sign up for your desired item with your email address here on the website. As soon as the clothes are back in stock, you will receive an email with a direct link to order ⚡
You are of course always welcome to write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or Instagram, and we will do our best to give you an estimate of when the item will be back in stock.
Do you have a physical store?
Our old store is closed, but we look forward to opening a beautiful new store in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, in May!
Which size should I choose?
We would actually say that the clothing is true to size. Therefore, we generally recommend taking the size you usually wear. But we ourselves wear many different sizes depending on how we want it to fit. For example, I, the one writing this FAQ, have clothes from this store in everything from M to XXL.
Our clothing is as basic as it gets, so it's not intended for any specific gender or body type – we truly believe anyone can wear it.
As a general rule, use the same size you are used to 🤗 If you are in doubt, you can also use our size guide, which you can find under the product description.
