Delivery, returns and exchanges
How quickly will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on weekdays before 3 PM are dispatched the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 business days... most often just one!
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to a parcel shop is free for orders over DKK 499. For orders over DKK 499, home delivery can be added for DKK 19. If your order is DKK 499 or less, delivery to a parcel shop costs DKK 39, while home delivery costs DKK 49.
I haven't received my package yet. What should I do?
There may be several reasons why you have not received your package. If more than two business days have passed and your package has still not been delivered, please send us an email at kontakt@boombutik.dk. We will then quickly ensure that your package is sent out.
What happens if I don't pick up my order from the parcel shop?
Your parcel will remain at the parcel shop for 10 days. If you do not collect it in time, your parcel will be returned to us, and you will be refunded.
How do I return something?
It's really easy to return an item if you need to. Simply create the return in our returns portal. You'll receive a QR code that you can show at your nearest GLS parcel shop. They can then print a label for you.
As soon as we have received and processed the return, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. However, we will retain DKK 25 for return shipping (this is less than the cost of shipping with GLS!).
Please remember that you cannot return clothing if it has been worn.
Can I return multiple items from different orders in the same package?
Yes! If you are returning items from multiple orders, please include a note with the order numbers from which the garments originate. This will make it significantly easier for our warehouse to sort out the return package, and therefore also the refund.
How long do I have to return it?
You have 31 days to return from the day you receive your package.
How long does it take for you to process my return and refund the money?
As soon as our warehouse has registered and processed your return, we will refund you. It takes 1-5 business days from the day we receive the return until we process and refund it.
What about exchanges?
Here at the shop, an exchange is actually just a return plus a new order. We have found this to be the fastest and easiest method for all parties involved. If you wish to exchange one or more items, please send the unwanted items back using the enclosed return label and place a new order for the items you would like instead.
Complaint
What do I do if I have received the wrong item or am missing one?
Our friends in the warehouse are really, really trying to minimize the number of errors in packages, but unfortunately, it can happen sometimes 😌 If there's been a packing error in your order, please feel free to write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk. Our super sharp and friendly customer service team will then take care of the matter! Unfortunately, we cannot be reached by phone, but we will make sure to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, and for these errors, we, of course, always cover the extra shipping costs 🤝
My item is broken?
Occasionally, unfortunately, we may send out an item that, for example, has a seam that has come undone. We try to thoroughly check all clothing, so it doesn't happen very often, but if you experience it, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or on insta. Louise, Felix, or one of the others will then resolve the issue as quickly as possible ⚡
Order question
How do I use my gift card?
When the gift card is purchased, you will receive an email with a code 🤗 This code is entered to the right of your contact information in the field called "enter discount code or gift card".
Can I change my order? Can I cancel my order?
Did you make a mistake when ordering, or do you regret something you've ordered? Send an email to "kontakt@boombutik.dk". In the subject line, you may write "URGENT" so we truly feel the urgency! We will then do our best to cancel or change your order before it is packed!
I have not received my order confirmation?
This is most often due to an error in the email address or because it has ended up in the spam filter. If you cannot find the email in your spam filter, please send us an email stating the phone number and/or name you used to place the order. We will then resend the order confirmation to you!

My desired clothing item is not in stock?!
The best thing you can do in this deeply, deeply unfortunate situation is to sign up for your desired item with your email address here on the website. As soon as the clothes are back in stock, you will receive an email with a direct link to order ⚡
You are, of course, also always welcome to write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or on Instagram, and we will do our best to give you an estimate of when the item will be back in stock.
Do you have a physical store?
Our old store is closed, but we look forward to opening a beautiful new store on Nørrebro in Copenhagen in May!
Which size should I choose?
We would actually say that the clothing is true to size. Therefore, we generally recommend taking your usual size. However, we personally wear many different sizes depending on how we want it to fit. For example, I, the one writing this FAQ, have clothes from this store in everything from M to XXL.
Our clothing is as basic as it gets, so it's not intended for any specific gender or body type – we truly believe everyone can wear it.
